This Raw Knotweed Honey is made by bees that collect nectar from knotweed flowers in late summer. It has fruity flavors and a deep caramel color. It is a live food and remains biologically active. Unheated and unfiltered it will crystalize containing vitamins, enzymes, propolis and pollen.
